The screen turns on automatically when you start exercising. You can also turn on the screen by pressing the MODE button. The LCD screen displays time, distance, speed (km/h) and calories. SCAN automatically displays each function for 3 seconds before displaying the next one.

If you want a specific function to be displayed, press the MODE button. The small black arrow indicates which function is displayed. Press the MODE button for a few seconds to reset the computer.
